Customized yoga sessions in person or virtually can help:

  • Modify your practice for chronic or temporary back or joint issues

  • Prepare you for re-entry into yoga classes following major health changes

  • Fit yoga into your busy schedule

A brief virtual or phone conversation will help me evaluate your needs and set the stage for our first session. Following that, I will create and teach you a sequence tailored to your specific needs. Illustrated sequences enable you to practice on your own between sessions or public classes. The number of sessions is dependent on the issues/needs.

Consultation — 15 minutes: Free

Evaluation/First Session — $150

Follow-up Sessions — $125/hour
