Public Classes

I love bringing yoga students together into a community of learning! 

My classes are thoughtfully sequenced and challenging, but also playful and inclusive, as I believe yoga is for everybody and every body.

Level 1

Wednesdays   7:00—8:15 pm 

Thursdays   9:15—10:30 am 

Harvard Square Studio and Livestream

  • Learn fundamental poses (standing, forward bending, back bending, and seated) as well as have an introduction to some inversions like shoulder stand.

Level 2

Fridays    9:00—10:30 am 

Newton Studio and Livestream

  • Deepen your experience of fundamental poses while learning more complex standing, back extending, and forward bending poses. Refine your shoulder stand practice and learn headstand and foundational arm balances.

Level 3

Wednesdays  9:00—10:30 am

Newton Studio and Livestream

  • Continue refining Level 1 and 2 poses while learning new poses including all inversions and variations. Pushing up into back extensions, holding deeper forward extensions, and learning more arm balances are all part of Level 3. This class is appropriate if you can stay in a shoulder stand and headstand for 3-5 minutes.

Back Care

Fridays, 12:00—1:15 pm 

Brookline Studio and Livestream

  • A moderately-paced yoga class that’s good for beginners and those with temporary or chronic back issues.
