In a private session, I create a sequence tailored to your specific needs. I work with students who are interested in deepening their understanding of a pose or poses as well as those with chronic or temporary back issues, other injuries or special circumstances which require them to practice differently. If appropriate, I document your sequence for you with illustrations and photographs to enable you to practice on your own between sessions.
