Iyengar Level II-III Class
This is a transitional class for those with regular Level 2 experience. It is assumed that you have a thorough understanding of all the basic poses including their Sanskrit names, and a regular practice of inversions including head stand and shoulder stand. Students will build timings in inversions and work on variations in headstand and shoulder stand. Level 2/3 integrates intermediate poses including Padmasana and variations, and begins to delve deeper into forward bends, twists and backbends.
